I have written several blogs concerning this pressing and dangerous issue and the fact THAT THERE ARE  numbers of "targeted people" who are victims of such criminal acts (I have been doing "personal research" on this subject since August of 2013). In a recent blog post, ( The Government, Paid Informants and Covert Murder Tactics ) I  stated there are paid snitches who lives in black neighborhoods, especially, planted there to watch and harass truth-tellers, and that  these "truth-tellers" are  being spied on by local law enforcement and the government.
